UFC London 2022: How to Watch Blaydes vs Aspinall Fight Card Online

The event in March at the O2 Arena enticed the promotion to return on July 23 with a significant heavyweight fight pitting Curtis Blaydes against Tom Aspinall. It is all set to take place from The O2 Arena, London, UK on 23rd July and 24th July here in India. Check out the the complete fight for the event. Follow UFC Fight Night London Live Updates with Individual performers stand out more than paired matchups at UFC London. Names like Paddy Pimblett, Molly McCann, Jai Herbert and Nathanial Wood jump off the page more than opponents Jordan Leavitt, Hannah Goldy, Kyle Nelson and Charles Rosa. Part of that is likely a consequence of roster availability. Part of that is also by design: the London faithful are there to buoy their English fighters against any opposition. Expect an electric atmosphere on Saturday.

Curtis Blaydes vs Tom Aspinall: The Heavyweight Clash would healdine the UFC London and we can accept a finish coming out of it. Tom Aspinall is currently undefeated inside the UFC octagon with winning all of his five fights by finishing his opponent. He only went once in the second round in these five bouts. However, Curtis Blaydes has experience of being in the UFC cage and has faced some of the biggest competition. He would enter the cage with a task to stop Aspinall’s win streak

Take a look below at three fights worth watching before Aspinall and Blaydes make their walks to the cage.

Paddy Pimblett vs. Jordan Leavitt

Pimblett has established himself as one of UFC’s most reliable talkers in just two Octagon appearances. The beauty of Pimblett’s brand is how he deeply divides fans. Some love his brash personality and others despise it. His supporters will point to two first-round finishes in the UFC while his critics will argue that he nearly lost each of those fights to sub-optimal competition. It does not matter how you feel about “Paddy the Baddy,” only that you care. Leavitt is not the biggest b-side in the sport, but he is certainly Pimblett’s toughest UFC test. Leavitt can usurp some of Pimblett’s star power with an impressive win. Pimblett can continue to boost his profile and further legitimize himself with a victory on Saturday.

Jack Hermansson vs. Chris Curtis

Swapping out TIll for Curtis is a reasonable call. Both have infectious personalities and while Till would have received a hero’s welcome in London, Curtis has much more momentum and is ready to make a step up. Hermansson had plenty of knockouts early in his career but emerged as a beastly submission specialist up the middleweight ladder. He tapped out Kelvin Gastelum, David Branch and Gerald Meerschaert. He also got the better of jiu-jitsu legend Ronaldo Souza by decision. Curtis is a crisp striker who remains a threat at all times. His defensive wrestling held up against one-dimensional jiu-jitsu ace Rodoflo Vieira and stoppage wins over Brendan Allen and Phil Hawes prove that he is a serious threat.

Paul Craig vs. Volkan Oezdemir

Craign and Oezdemir are uncomfortable bets to wager on and that is what makes this light heavyweight scrap so much fun. Oezdemir is coming off consecutive losses, but they were to highly-touted contender Magomed Ankalaev and new champion Jiri Prochazka. Craig is as dangerous of a submission threat as you will find at 205 with an 82% finishing rate via submission. Add to that only one of his 21 pro fights has gone the distance. Oezdemir has gun powder in his knuckles and can put away fighters like Ilir Latifi, Jimi Manuwa and Misha Cirkunov. The chances of his bout going three full rounds is slim-to-none.

MLB All Star Game Week 2022

2022 MLB All-Star Game rosters: Shohei Ohtani, Aaron Judge headline; Freddie Freeman picked as replacement MLB All-Star schedule 2022: Times, TV channels for Home Run Derby, futures & celebrity softball games The 2022 Major League Baseball All-Star Game will take place on Tuesday in Los Angeles.

That means Astros manager Dusty Baker helms the AL while Braves skipper Brian Snitker leads the NL. Here are the full rosters. The American League will be missing a future Hall of Famer for Tuesday’s All-Star Game. Major League Baseball announced Los Angeles Angels outfielder Mike Trout will not play in the contest. Trout has recently dealt with back spasms, and he is surely sitting out the exhibition game for precautionary reasons.

The 2022 Major League Baseball All-Star Game:

Seattle Mariners first baseman Ty France will replace him on the roster, while Minnesota Twins outfielder Byron Buxton is now in the starting lineup. The three-time AL MVP is slashing .270/.368/.599 with 24 home runs and 51 RBI in 79 games this season. Unfortunately for the Angels, Trout’s individual success has not translated into the type of season the team was looking for in 2022. Los Angeles is 39-53, in fourth place in the American League West and 21 games behind the Houston Astros in the division race.

It is more of the same for a franchise that has made the playoffs just one time in Trout’s 12 seasons. The American League won’t lose much power with Buxton in the lineup, though, considering the 28-year-old has a .535 slugging percentage with 23 home runs. Minnesota is also in the middle of the playoff race in first place in the AL Central at 50-43.

France’s inclusion is a noteworthy development for a red-hot Mariners team that entered play Sunday with 13 straight wins. The 28-year-old is slashing .306/.376/.461 with 10 home runs and 47 RBI. The American League has won eight straight All-Star Games. MLB’s All-Star weekend is nearly upon us, which means a break from regular-season baseball and a chance to look at the game’s best as they descend upon Los Angeles. It’s going to be a full weekend of festivities, culminating in the Home Run Derby on Monday, July 18 and the All-Star Game itself on Tuesday, July 19.

The MLB All-Star Game will return to Dodger Stadium in July — the first time since 1980. Then the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic shut down baseball for nearly four months and canceled the event for the season. That’s all in the past now. In one month, all of Major League Baseball and its fans will affix their attention to the City of Angels.

The 2022 MLB amateur draft began with the first 80 selections Sunday night. Another 536 picks are on tap Monday and Tuesday. The Orioles had the No. 1 pick for the third time in history and used it on Oklahoma high school shortstop Jackson Holliday. Yes, he is the son of longtime big leaguer Matt Holliday. Here are all this year’s first-round picks. Similar to the baseball season itself, evaluating the MLB draft requires a marathon mentality, not a sprint. Players drafted this weekend will disappear into the minors for a few years before resurfacing, working through growing pains, and then finally establishing themselves as big leaguers.

2022 MLB All-Star Gear now available

The 2022 MLB All-Star festivities are here! You can wear the same gear as your favorite players by buying official hats, shirts, hoodies, and jerseys now. A new clause in the Collective Bargaining Agreement allows commissioner Rob Manfred to select an additional player to each roster in recognition of their career achievements, according to The Athletic’s Ken Rosenthal. In addition to the 32 players elected and selected to the All-Star Game, the Commissioner may choose to add one player that he selects to each League’s roster, in recognition of each player’s career achievements, the clause states, per Rosenthal. If special circumstances warrant, the Commissioner may select more than one player to each league’s roster.

It wouldn’t be surprising to see Manfred select Pujols to the NL roster as this will be his last season in MLB. He confirmed in March that he would be hanging up the cleats after the 2022 campaign. This is it for me, Pujols said in March, per The St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Derrick S. Goold. Pujols agreed to a one-year, $2.5 million deal to return to the Cardinals for the 2022 campaign. He began his Hall of Fame career in St. Louis in 2001, earning nine All-Star selections, three MVP awards, six Silver Sluggers, two Gold Gloves, one batting title and two World Series titles.

The 42-year-old also slashed .328/.421/.617 with 445 home runs and 1,329 RBI in 1,705 games in his first stint with the Cardinals. Pujols left the Cardinals ahead of the 2012 season, signing a 10-year, $254 million contract with the Los Angeles Angels. He spent nine and a half seasons in Anaheim from 2012-21, slashing .256/.311/.447 with 222 home runs and 783 RBI in 1,181 games. The Angels then traded him to the Los Angeles Dodgers last season, and he slashed .254/.299/.460 with 12 home runs and 38 RBI in 85 games. However, Pujols has struggled at the plate this season in his return to St. Louis, slashing .189/.282/.320 with four home runs and 17 RBI in 43 games.

In addition to Pujols, it’s reasonable to believe Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera would be a candidate to the join the AL roster. He said in August 2021 that he would play two more seasons before calling it quits. My right knee is really bad, Cabrera told ESPN (via Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press). Thank God for giving me this opportunity.

Cabrera began his career in 2003 with the then-Florida Marlins. He spent five seasons with the franchise, earning five All-Star selections and two Sliver slugger awards before signing with the Detroit Tigers ahead of the 2008 campaign. In 15 seasons in the Motor City, Cabrera has earned seven All-Star selections, two MVP awards and five Silver Slugger awards. He’s hitting .309/.386/.523 with 367 home runs and 1,308 RBI in 1,935 games in Detroit.

The Venezuelan is actually also amid a solid 2022 campaign, slashing .300/.338/.364 with three home runs and 27 RBI in 68 games. The 2022 MLB All-Star Weekend runs from July 15-19 and will take place at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

Boxing: Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua II fight match 20 August 2022

Boxing continues to deliver some massive moments and fights in 2022. After a strong start to the year, things have dramatically picked up over the spring and now the sport heads into a long stretch loaded with big fights nearly every week. The year has already seen major moments like Errol Spence Jr. dominating Yordenis Ugas to unify three of boxing’s four world championships at welterweight. Tyson Fury also recently returned to the ring for what may be the last time as he knocked out Dillian Whyte in London.

Boxing: Oleksandr Usyk vs Anthony Joshua II fight match 20 August 2022

The biggest of all, however, may have come in May when Canelo Alvarez failed in his bid to become WBA light heavyweight champion against Dmitry Bivol. The undisputed super middleweight champion was unable to present much of a challenge to the Russian titleholder as he landed a career low in punches over 12 rounds. Now, it’s unclear what the next step will be for Alvarez. Then, Jermell Charlo became the seventh male boxer to unify all four recognized titles in a division when he stopped Brian Castano in their rematch at junior middleweight. Charlo stopped each of his opponents in his quest to earn all four titles. Plus, Gervonta “Tank” Davis put an exclamation point on his rivalry with Rolando Romero when he stopped his foe in the sixth round at the Barclays Center.

Usyk upset Joshua in September to claim three of the four recognized titles in the sport’s most prestigious division. Now, he’ll have to do it again if he hopes to become an undisputed champ later on down the line. Perhaps the biggest fight on the 2022 calendar is Alvarez putting his undisputed super middleweight titles on the line against Gennadiy Golovkin. The trilogy fight between the two classic rivals will take place on Sept. 17.

The two will meet on Aug. 20 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with Usyk’s unified heavyweight titles on the line. Usyk, the former undisputed cruiserweight champion, moved to heavyweight in October 2019, beating Chazz Witherspoon and Derek Chisora before facing off with Joshua this past September. Despite entering the fight as an underdog, Usyk thoroughly outboxed Joshua over 12 rounds to take the fight.

Joshua is a former Olympic gold medalist who tore through the pro ranks, winning two world titles while knocking out each of his first 20 pro opponents. In his 21st bout, Joshua beat Joseph Parker to win the WBO title, putting him in control of three of boxing’s four recognized world titles at heavyweight. Then came a shocking upset knockout at the hands of Andy Ruiz Jr. Joshua would defeat Ruiz in the rematch to regain his titles coincidentally, that rematch also took place in Saudi Arabia. The winner of the clash could move on to pursue the WBC championship.

Israel Adesanya will make the fifth defense of his middleweight belt on Saturday when he takes on rising second-ranked contender Jared Cannonier in the main event of UFC 276. The battle of two of the sport’s most feared strikers headlines the main UFC 276 card (10 p.m.) from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Adesanya is a -380 favorite (risk $380 to win $100), while Cannonier comes back at +310 in the latest UFC 276: Adesanya vs. Cannonier odds from Caesars Sportsbook. In the co-main event, featherweight champion Alexander Volkanovski (-190) takes on popular former titleholder Max Holloway (+170) in a trilogy fight. Before locking in any UFC 276 picks of your own, make sure you check out the MMA predictions and betting advice from SportsLine expert Andrew Gombas.

Gombas is a former NCAA wrestler who taps into his experience on the mat to help understand and dissect the X’s and O’s of MMA matchups in a manner that sets him apart from other MMA analysts. Just three weeks ago at UFC 275, Gombas swept the board with his main-card picks and the five-fight sweep included telling SportsLine members to back Jake Matthews (+125) against Andre Fialho (-145) in a matchup of welterweight prospects. Matthews dominated from the outset and scored a second-round stoppage to provide Gombas’ backers with another easy winner. Anyone who has followed Gombas already has seen massive returns.

UFC 276: Adesanya vs. Cannonier

He remains undefeated at middleweight since joining the UFC in February 2018. The lone defeat on his record came last March in his quest to become a two-division champion when he dropped a decision to former light heavyweight champion Jan Blachowicz. Even so, the 32-year-old New Zealander appears to be peerless at middleweight at this point in his career and has vowed to take on all comers. Three of his past four wins have come by decision.

Cannonier, 38, is a seven-year UFC veteran who was once 3-4 in the promotion and considered little more than a journeyman. He previously fought at heavyweight and light heavyweight before a renewed dedication to training and fitness allowed him to find his groove at middleweight. Cannonier has received performance bonuses in three of his past six fights while exhibiting a combination of speed and power that has made him one of the most feared competitors in the division. In February, he knocked out perennial contender Derek Brunson in the second round of their title-eliminator. You can only see who to back at UFC 276 at SportsLine.

Lawler (29-15-1) is the decorated former champion who has taken part in some of the most memorable title fights in UFC history. However, the 40-year-old San Diego native has shown signs of decline in recent years and has notched just two wins in his past six appearances. But he is coming off a stoppage win against fellow UFC icon Nick Diaz last September. The 33-year-old Tennessee resident has won two straight and is looking to build off a decision against fellow veteran Matt Brown in March. sources by

How to watch 2022 Wimbledon tennis championships streaming info

A weakened draw could mean a big opportunity for Novak Djokovic or Rafael Nadal, or a huge chance for an upstart, when the 2022 Wimbledon men’s single tournament begins Monday. Daniil Medvedev and second-ranked Alexander Zverev are absent from the All England Club. That means Djokovic’s path to a fourth straight Wimbledon title and a 21st Grand Slam crown will be a little easier. But Nadal, who has a record 22 Grand Slam titles and has won the past two, is always a threat to win another.

Djokovic has won six times in London, and Nadal took the 2008 and 2010 titles, but there is still plenty of talent in the draw. Djokovic could have to go through Spanish phenom Carlos Alcaraz, big-serving John Isner or two-time Wimbledon champ Andy Murray to reach the final. Nadal faces a bit of an easier road but could have to get past 2021 finalist Mario Berrettini to get there.

Caesars Sportsbook has Djokovic listed as the clear -145 favorite (risk $145 to win $100) in its latest 2022 Wimbledon men’s singles odds. Before making any men’s 2022 Wimbledon picks or predictions, you need to see who tennis expert Sean Calvert is backing. Calvert is the famed handicapper who called Stan Wawrinka winning the 2014 Australian Open at 60-1 the last Australian title won by someone other than Novak Djokovic or Roger Federer. In 2019, Calvert took down a huge score on Dominic Thiem winning Indian Wells at 80-1, among many stunning calls.

Top 2022 Wimbledon men’s predictions

One surprise: Alcaraz won’t be a threat in London this fortnight. The youngster’s talent is clear, and he has been opening a lot of eyes with his play this season, but the expert is fading him. Alcaraz is 32-4 this season with two ATP 1000 crowns (Miami, Madrid) and two ATP 500 titles (Barcelona, Rio). Two of his losses were to Nadal at Indian Wells and Zverev in the French Open quarterfinals.

Still, Calvert knows he has very little experience on grass, and an elbow issue kept him from playing in the tune-up events in the run-up to Wimbledon. He has played just two senior matches on grass, and one of those was a quick three-set loss to Medvedev in the first round at Wimbledon last year.

How to make 2022 Wimbledon men’s

Instead, Calvert is backing two huge underdogs to reach the final who both come in at 40-1 or higher. Both of these players should be able to take advantage of the weakened draw and are capable of pulling off major upsets.

Wimbledon’s second round begins today, and you’re going to want to fill your largest thermos with tea and open a Costco-sized sack of biscuits, because there’s some great tennis to watch. Centre Court (starting at 8:30 a.m. ET) features a double bill of British tennis royalty as Andy Murray takes on the American giant Jon Isner and national darling Emma Radacanu takes another step toward her second Grand Slam victory.

And the icing on that cake is the men’s No. 1, Novak Djokovic, is also in action on that court. Cam Norrie (another Brit to watch out for), Carlos Alcaraz, Anett Kontaveit, Casper Ruud, and Maria Sakkari are on the day’s bill on the other courts. Day 3 also includes the beginning of the doubles tournament.

In 2021, Novak Djokovic won the Men’s Singles tournament, and he’ll be returning this year to defend his crown; however, Women’s Singles winner Ashleigh Barty will not, as she announced her retirement from the sport back in March.

Due to the Ukraine war, Wimbledon has banned tennis players from Russia and Belarus in 2022, meaning Daniil Medvedev, Andrey Rublev, and Aryna Sabalenka will not be competing this year. As a result, the ATP and WTA made the decision to strip this year’s Wimbledon from ranking points. sources by

USFL Championship game final 3 July 2022

The Birmingham Stallions have advanced to the championship game in the USFL’s inaugural season, after defeating the New Orleans Breakers in the semifinals to claim the South Division. It was an ‘MVP’ like performance from quarterback J’Mar Smith, as he finished with 190 yards passing to go with 48 on the ground. Christian McFarland led the Stallions in tackles with 11. New Orleans had good field possession on its first possession, starting at their own 42-yard line after taking advantage of a missed Birmingham field goal. On their first play from scrimmage, Sloter found Taywan Taylor for gain of 27 yards, moving the chains to the Birmingham 31. The drive continued for eight more plays capped by Jordan Ellis touchdown from the 1-yard line. Taylor Bertolet added the extra point to give the Breakers a 7-0 lead at the 7:25 mark of the first quarter.

Birmingham tied the game at 7-7 on its next possession, marching the ball 72 yards on 13 plays. On 3rd-and-8 from the Breakers’ 23-yard line, Smith connected with Osirus Mitchell for the touchdown on the second play of the second quarter. The Stallions led at halftime 21-14. After a long drive to start the second half, the Breakers settled for a field goal and Birmingham would respond with one of its own to start the fourth quarter. Birmingham’s defense came up huge in the second half getting stops. The Stallions drove the ball down the field in the fourth and killed as much clock as possible, before Smith would score a touchdown with 39 seconds remaining to put the dagger in the Breakers season.

Stallions take on the Philadelphia Stars for the title on July 3, at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium.

Ladies and gentlemen, we’ve got playoff football in June. The rebooted USFL unlike the AAF and XFL before it completed a full 10-game regular season before holding its playoff semifinals Saturday from Canton, Ohio. Saturday’s winners, the Philadelphia Stars and Birmingham Stallions, will face off Sunday, July 3 in the USFL championship game. The teams played back in Week 5, when the Stallions shut out the Stars in the second half en route to a 30-17 win.

The Stars punched their ticket to the championship game by stunning a Generals team that lost just one game during the regular season and had beaten Philly twice. The Stars enjoyed a 10-0 halftime lead before New Jersey stars Darius Victor and KaVontae Turpin gave the Generals the lead with just under 11 minutes left. Philadelphia responded with a field goal, two defensive stands and the game-winning score, an 88-yard punt return by Maurice Alexander.

Birmingham advanced to the title game by winning its 10th game of the season and third over the Breakers. After falling behind early, the Stallions scored three second-quarter touchdowns to take a 21-14 lead into intermission. Birmingham tied the score on J’Marr Smith’s 23-yard touchdown pass to Osirus Mitchell.

They took their first lead on DeMarquis Gates’ pick-six of Kyle Sloter, who moments later tied the score on his 35-yard touchdown pass to running back Jordan Ellis. A short touchdown run by Smith with 45 seconds left in the game made the final score deceiving in how close the semifinal actually was. sources by

The Steelers will have three former players, along with coach Bill Cowher and longtime scout Bill Nunn, enshrined in the days following the game. Former Cowboys coach Jimmy Johnson, receiver Drew Pearson and safety Cliff Harris will also have their careers immortalized in Canton, Ohio, during this week’s festivities.

The two franchises have combined to win 11 Super Bowls and 16 conference titles. They are also the only franchises that have met three times in the big game. Pittsburgh came out victorious in Super Bowls X and XIII, while Dallas extracted a measure of revenge in Super Bowl XXX. How to watch

Notable Cowboys rookies to watch Thursday night include linebacker Micah Parsons and cornerback Kelvin Joseph. The 44th overall pick in the draft, Joseph finds himself in a position battle with veteran Anthony Brown.

The Cowboys will not dress quarterback Dak Prescott, who is dealing with a shoulder strain. Gilbert who threw for 243 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Cowboys’ Week 9 loss to the Steelers last season received first-team reps during the Cowboys’ last several practices. Mason Rudolph will start for the Steelers in place of Ben Roethlisberger, who is one of several starters coach Mike Tomlin has already ruled out. The plan is for Dwayne Haskins (who has enjoyed a strong camp thus far) to finish the half and Josh Dobbs to finish Thursday night’s game. Fellow rookie Kendrick Green, a center out of Illinois, will also start against the Cowboys.

Ampol State of Origin Series Game 2022

State of Origin returns for Game 2 with the NSW Blues hoping to bounce back from a shock defeat at home to the Queensland Maroons. Wanting to catch the game on a live stream or traditional TV broadcast? This is The Roar‘s ultimate guide to following Origin 2 online on TV and on the radio.

As mentioned above the only way to watch State of Origin in Australia live is through the Nine Network. You won’t be able to stream the match live on Fox League or Kayo as you are able to for other NRL matches. Instead the only way to stream the match online is through 9Now. It’s a free service but you will have to create an account if you don’t have one. 9Now will also have the replay and highlights after the match. Fox League and Kayo will broadcast a replay too but we must stress once again that they won’t have ANY live coverage other than pre-game build-up.

How to watch Origin on TV

There is only one way to watch the 2022 State of Origin series on TV and that is through the Nine Network. While Fox Sports broadcast all of the NRL regular season Nine holds the exclusive rights to Origin and the NRL grand final. To access Nine’s broadcast in metropolitan areas you’ll want to head to channel number 9 or 91 on your TV for standard definition or channel 90 to watch the game in high definition. For Foxtel customers you’ll have to select channel 209 and if you’re in regional Australia you’ll need to search your TV guide but it’s likely to be on Channel 8 for most of NSW and Queensland areas.

Their broadcast will start at 7:00pm (AEST) about 50 minutes before the anticipated kick-off. Their broadcast will then lead into the game with pre-match analysis and interviews as well as the entertainment and national anthem ceremony. If you can’t get near a television or want to listen to the game then there are three options to get a radio call of the game. You can listen through either ABC Grandstand Triple M or 2GB. You can find local frequencies on each station’s site. Storm playmaker Jonah Pezet starred with four try assists as NSW dominated Queensland 32-4 in their Under 19s Origin clash at Leichhardt Oval.

Pezet had the ball on a string with both his kicking and passing games to dismantle Queensland in a man-of-the-match display. The Storm have reportedly offered a reduced wage for the Maroons star to remain in Melbourne but now it may seem they have a ready playmaker in waiting. He’s got time looks like he organises the team well some of his kicks were sensational. But his pass when he got in a try-scoring situation he found the right pass which shows he’s not premeditating thinking about who he’s going to pass to before he passes the ball.

He’s watching the defence and reacting to the defence. He sees the game really well. One play left the Immortal halfback in awe. Pezet took the ball on the right side of the field shaping up to grubber before putting in a deft chip to winger Jack Bostock. Looks like he’s going to grubber and out the corner of his eye he watches the winger come in and then he changes the kick and chips over the top Johns said. Have a look at that for touch. That is class. Early in the clash Jacob Mene opened the scoring finishing off a pinpoint grubber from Thomas Duffy to give Queensland the lead.

The Blues hit back through the Canberra connection with centre Brad Morkos setting up Utuloa Asomua with some silky hands for the winger to give NSW the lead. Bulldogs youngster Paul Alamoti strolled through a gaping hole to finish off a perfectly timed pass from Storm player Jonah Pezet. Thomas Weaver made it two goals from two attempts to give NSW a handy 12-4 lead.
